  • Telephone Screening: Our initial telephone screening ensures that the candidate has the required skill set.
  • In Person Interview: This process ensures that we present only candidates who we have discussed your project with in detail and are a good fit both on a personal and technical level. It is important that we verify the technical ability, professionalism, and enthusiasm of all of our consultants before placing them at client sites.
  • Reference Checks: We conduct a thorough reference check on all candidates, obtaining recent and detailed technical references.
  • Technical Interview: Premier Staffing Partners provides a technical skills assessment and/or a member of our technical staff to screen and evaluate our applicant’s technical abilities based on specific client requirements.
  • Background Check/Drug Test: If requested, background and drug tests can be provided.
