needs. Matching our client's technical needs to those of our candidates is very
important but we also understand the importance of a soft skills match. We take
our recruiting process one step further with an in-depth screening process to ensure
that we meet both of these needs.
This screening process includes:
Telephone Screening: Our initial telephone screening ensures that the candidate
has the required skill set.
In Person Interview: This process ensures that we present only candidates
who we have discussed your project with in detail and are a good fit both on a personal
and technical level. It is important that we verify the technical ability, professionalism,
and enthusiasm of all of our consultants before placing them at client sites.
Reference Checks: We thoroughly reference every candidate, obtaining the
most recent detailed technical references.
Technical Interview: Premier Staffing Partners will either use a skills test
or will have a member of our technical staff screen our applicants' technical abilities
in-depth based on our specific client requirements.
Background Check/Drug Test: If requested, background and drug tests can be
provided.
